GSI Pressure Cooker 2.7L Rague
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Yellow Onion , chopped = 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 4 cloves of Garlic = 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 1 6oz can of tomato paste
- 1 15oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 28oz can of peeled tomatoes (omit unless using larger pressure cooker)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tsps Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
Vegetables
- 1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- OR
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1-2 celery stalks, chopped
CAUTION: This meal tends to easily burn if heated too quickly or when cooked too long.
Brown meat, drain excess liquid, add all Ingredients, set to medium heat (6-7)* and bring to a small boil. Add lid and turn to medium-high (8-9)*.
*this setting is for an electric coil stove top with a high setting to “High” which is equal to #10.
Bring pot to pressure and set a timer for 8-9 minutes. Turn off the burner and allow the pot to depressurize naturally.
