  • ARB fridge Power cord
  • Anderson Power Pole Connectors
  • Anderson contact pins (15 amp)
  • Crimpers
  • Wire cutters
  • Wire stripper
  • Heat shrink
  • 16 gauge 4ft stretch cord
  • Inline 16 gauge T8 32V fuse/ f8a fuse
  • Heat gun
  • 1/4 PET cable sleeve
  • Optional: soldering equipment
C11 (Waeco) Connector

Using the Multimeter I determined the ground and Hot wires.

Next Mark and Identify the ground and hot wires above and below the desired cutting location

Using wire cutters make the cut!

Using a box cutter cut down the middle of the plastic cable.

Pin &Connector Orientation

This next phase is very critical!

Dry fit all of the Anderson ports to one another to determine the pin crimping direction, before crimping the pin connectors.

Crimp pin connectors and add heat shrink

Add 1/4” PET cable sleeve, rubber Anderson cover

I am able to use this cord with Anderson connectors and 12v cig sockets!
